NOTD - Revlon Lunar

Hello everyone. Whilst I was watching the Eastenders omnibus yesterday I decided to paint my nails. I thought I'd choose black for a change. I used to love painting my nails black most of the time when I was at school, but looking at my nails now, black nail polish makes my hands look paler than they usually do. However, I am planning to keep this nail polish on for a few days.

I decided to use Revlon Lunar to paint my nails black as I've never properly used a Revlon nail polish before. I had to put two coats on my nails as the first coat came out as a darkish grey and was opaque on my end of my finger nails.

This is the morning after putting the nail polish and I can say that it has begun to chip on the end of my nails :( I'm glad I only paid £1.50 for this and not £6 and I don't think I'll be in a rush to use this nail polish again.

NOTD - Barry M Lemon Ice Cream

Hello everyone, sorry for not posting in 3 month :O. Anyways here's todays NOTD which is Barry M Lemon Ice Cream. I currently have two coats of this nail polish on however it is still quite opaque so therefore i think for maximum coverage it will need 3 coats. I don't know whether the nail polish suits my skin colour or not but i haven't been brave enough to keep this nail polish on my fingers for longer than a hour before but i have currently had this on a day so far;however on a bad note ive already somehow managed to chip it. Also another problem i have with this colour is that its a darker yellow that the colour that it is in the bottle.Anyways heres some pictures of the nail polish :)

NOTD - 17 Parmaviolet

This is a quick NOTD. I don't know what colour to call this nail polish as it is a pinky lilacy colour but it is a really nice colour. However, it only lasted on my nails for around a day because i decided to try and put a glitter topcoat on one of the tips and then it decided to smudge the nail polish. The brush on this nail polish is really nice and easy to use but i did put 2 coats of the colour on my nails.Anyways heres some pictures, however it was hard to get pictures that showed the true colour of the polish.

NOTD - Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream

Hello everyone, This is going to be a blog post about Barry M's Blueberry Ice Cream nail polish. I wore this a few week ago when i went away with my boyfriend and his family for the weekend, however i forgot to take pictures before we went away and that weekend we ended up stripping wallpaper so my nail polish had chipped a lot by the end of the weekend. So therefore the other night i decided to put the nail polish back on my nails once again so i could take pictures for you lovely lot. I gotta admit when i looked at the nail polish in the bottle I thought it looked like Barry M's Pure Turqoise but on the nails it looks a total different color. The nail polish takes 2 coats for full opacity. After a day of wearing the polish though i decided to add Barry M's Black Magic Instant Effects and my god i don't think i have ever stared at my nails so much, i think they looked amazing personally. Anyways i'll leave you with some pictures now :D

NOTD - La Femme Ultra Green

Hello all,Here's another NOTD. The colour i have on my nails is La Femme Ultra Green. This colour actually shocked me when i put it on my nails,however it took around 2 coats to be not opaque. In the bottle, the nail colour was bright neon green however on my nails it was more like a shimmer light green. Unfortunatley however the nail polish chipped after one day because i wore it when it was very warm (a few weeks ago). Anyways, i'll leave you with some of pictures of the nail polish on my nails now :D

NOTD - 17 Tropical Island

Hello All,

Here's a quick NOTD from me. The nail polish i used to paint my nails was 17 tropical island. I applied this nail polish late at night and i thought it was more red than orange, however in some lights it can look orangey and in another light it can look red. Anyways i'll leave you with the pictures

Leopard Print Nails: NOTD.

A few weeks ago, i attempted to do leopard print nails for the first time. I found it really hard and time consuming to do and after i only really liked one nail. In the future i think i will do my nails in a leopard print style when i have lots of time.For the leopard print nails i used:

I got to admit wearing the Nails Inc Caramel actually made me think that i have never really worn a nude beige colour on my nails before, and i actually liked it after about 2 days of wearing the colour. Also, the reason why i used a liquid eyeliner pen is because i don't have a black nail art pen and also i don't have a steady hand. Anyways i'll leave you with pictures of the leopard print nails now, sorry that the pictures aren't very clear though :(
